  • Once you assign the site in your name, email the DMS and let them know the following-
  • By approval call you will have the home page, contact us page and NAPH buttoned up and thoroughly checked if they do not want to reschedule the call for a later time.
  • If OBS is going to push the call to a later time, ensure they update the approval call date and time in the IPT
  • If the site has fixes and we are aiming to have it set RFCR before the call time, notify Reem so she can expedite the fix request.
  • After discussing with the DMS place a copy in the IPT to ensure there is a paper trail.
