A person is offered something they strongly desire. The door is open, nobody would find out, and they must decide what matters more in that moment.
Someone who resists a direct temptation from the opposite gender.
This being refused to prostrate to Adam out of arrogance, becoming the first to reject a direct command from Allah.

The Prophet ﷺ traveled to this city in search of support after being rejected and stoned by its people.
Taif
This person smiles when hearing good news about a friend, but secretly feels disappointed that it wasn't them.
envy and malice
Ayat al-Kursi ends by describing Allah with two names, highlighting His greatness and exaltedness, used together as a powerful closing to the verse.
Two people have a bond that is not based on wealth, status, or what they can gain from each other. Even when they are apart, their connection remains strong.
Two people who love each other for the sake of Allah.
Across all of these groups, Surah Baqarah identifies the same root cause of their downfall. It was an attitude toward correction once the truth was shown.
Kibr(arrogance)
After the Prophet ﷺ was rejected and injured at Ta'if, he rested in an orchard where 'Addas brought him grapes. When the Prophet ﷺ mentioned the name of Prophet Yunus (as), 'Addas was shocked, because he was originally from this city, the same one associated with that prophet.
Nineveh (Ninawa)
"Well technically, the Qur'an doesn't say anything about that."
