What is the solids content in your drilling fluid, and can your centrifuge handle it?
Our centrifuge can handle solids content up to 25% by weight. For higher content, we recommend pre-treatment with a shale shaker first.

What materials are used for the bowl and screw conveyor?
We use SAF2205 duplex stainless steel centrifugal casting for the bowl, and the same material for the screw conveyor. It is highly resistant to chloride corrosion.

How many senior technicians do you have for international projects?

What is your warranty period and after-sales service coverage?
Standard warranty is 18 months or 12,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. After-sales includes remote support, spare parts supply, and optional on-site service contracts.

What about noise and vibration control in desert high-temperature conditions?
Our dynamic balance accuracy is ±2.5 grams, and noise is below 85 dB. The cooling system uses a titanium plate heat sink to resist corrosion.

How do we replace worn parts in the field?

Can you provide training for our local operators in English?
Absolutely. We can send a bilingual trainer to your site for one week, or we can train your operators at our facility in Chengdu.

We have a medical evacuation and local clinic support plan. We also ensure all technicians have international health insurance.

What is the price difference between VFD and FHD drive models?
VFD is about 15% higher than FHD, but it offers better energy savings and remote control. For your desert conditions, I recommend VFD.

Do you have a service center in the Middle East?
We currently have a service hub in Dubai for spare parts and light repairs. For major overhauls, we ship back to Chengdu or send a fly-in team.

Can you customize the centrifuge for high-temperature desert conditions?
