What occurs if a PT is not available for their scheduled coaching call?
A reset

If a PT is unreachable on the final reset what occurs?
QP will send an unreachable letter and disenroll.
If I call from VF how do you know I am eligible for coaching?

Do we offer dedicated coaching?
Only for specific protocols: PPP and the ND client
AI, Youth and chat have staff designated to work the function but are not dedicated. PT can speak to any of the agents trained on the function.
