If a resident violates these, immediately address the situation by directly informing the resident of the policy. Document the resident and the individual violating this and then assist with escorting the guest out of the hall.
What is the guest policy?
Once the HD On Call arrives, do not step away from the scene unless explicitly instructed by the HD. You may be needed as a support or to contact additional parties (i.e. Campus Safety).
What is assisting with situation management?
You fill this out anytime a desk worker is late to their desk shift.
What is a desk worker no show form?
Requests in involving this must be given to the HD at least 3 weeks in advanced.

Being aware that your residents are watching you - if you break the rules you will lose respect with them.
When handling this you must talk to all residents, conduct a mediation, create a roommate contract, submit an IR and follow up with the room. If all of these fail, you then contact the HD.
What is a roommate conflict?
Depending on what the resident has told you, it may be important/necessary to ask the resident, “Are you considering killing yourself?” If they answer yes, or if you are concerned about their safety, contact the HD On Call.
