When do residents need to wear a mask?
All the time unless they are in their room.
You are working the front desk and see a male coming down from the elevator, what do you do?
- Stop male guest - confirm they were upstairs/who were they with
- Ask for ID, record time/date, IR
(If non-compliant gather description, time/date, call PS)
What time do you go on weekday and weekend rounds?
Weekday - 8,10, 12
Weekend - 8, 10, 12, 2
How many programs are due this semester?
8 - 2 per month
If you smell marijuana what do you do?
1. Call another RA & Prostaff
2. Pinpoint room
3. Call Public safety
4. Public safety calls 911/Handles from there
5. Move resident to different room until MPD arrives
6. IR report
A resident tells you they have COVID/feels ill what do you do?
Gently ask them if they want to stay on campus and be moved to an isolation room (if not in a single w/ BR) OR go home.
Ask them if they have reoccurring health problems
Look up available room to put them in via OneDrive
Watch them move and explain follow up process
You are going on your 12AM round and smell marijuana. You know its coming from 348, what do you do?
Call PS, knock and confront resident, PS conducts search, photos taken, PS calls MPD
Bottom lock resident's door
Move resident to different room until MPD arrives
When can you leave for the weekend?
If approved by Bryn 1 week in advance
What makes good promo AND when does promo need to be shared?
Date, time, location, catchy name, description, bold graphics/color

What do you do when the fire alarm/tornado goes off?
Get emergency response bag from front desk
Fire - go to Mary fountain in front of NDH
Tornado - Basement hallway without windows (laundry/tunnels)
How do COVID meals work?
Resident fills out meal link sent by Bryn
RA/Staff picks up meals and delivers them to resident outside their door.
You here the fire alarm go off, what do you do?
Knock on residents doors as you leave, grab emergency response bag from front desk, put magnet on cabinet, go to Mary fountain, take attendance.
Call prostaff
Wait for PS to give all clear.
Can you go off campus when your on duty?
Yes - Within 15 fin min for less than 30 min

What do you do when alcohol is present?
Check student drivers license/Student ID - Are they 21?

You are woken up by a knock of a resident complaining that their sweet mate is being loud. You knock on said residents door and find they are drinking, what do you do?
- ID (not 21)
- Have them bring alcohol to center of room - take photo and count bottles
- Lead resident to trash room where they dump out alcohol
- IR - Date/time, location, bottles, etc.
When do you submit RA on duty report?
8-9 A.M. Next morning

You've noticed your resident Jill has not been attending programs or around the floor like normal. You check in with her and find out she was sexually assaulted at a party off campus. What do you do?
- Offer resources (MPD, counseling center, Bryn, rape crisis center)
- IR/Email Bryn (this might change)
- Overall, due to it not being on campus we cannot formally do anything.
