Liability dispute:
INS VOE: I was reversing out of a carpark and just when i had straightened out the steering and i was about to stop to go forward, i was hit by someone in the opposite parks who had reversed straight out.
Yes. TP AF. The damage points indicate that INS was more established in the thoroughfare before TP began reversing as the damage shows that TP's rear has collided with INS side.
This is enough information (unless TP can provide any further information) to hold TP AF and to attempt to recover from.
Tip: No matter how aggressive someone is verbally or in writing, this doesn't change the scenario outcome.
