Schedule all together under one appointment
Downtime procedure
Allowed 2 hours to get everything up and running. If not up must report to work on site

initiate transfer -> put in number->call-> speak with person-> initiate transfer

Schedule: CT abdomen, Fluoro barium enema, FL upper GI
CT 1st. FL barium follows 3 days after CT, FL upper GI follows 7 days after barium
