What is the Sponsoring Institution?
Residents in ACGME-accredited programs cannot be required to sign this type of restrictive employment agreement.
What is a non-compete agreement (or restrictive covenant)?
The required length of Radiation Oncology residency training, not including the preliminary clinical year, is this many months.

Who are dieticians and social workers?
The program director must provide verification of a resident’s education within this number of days following completion of or departure from the program.
What is 30 days?
When accepting a transferring resident, the program must obtain a summative competency-based performance evaluation prior to acceptance and these evaluations upon matriculation.
What are Milestones evaluations?
Residents in the American Board of Radiology Holman Pathway must complete no fewer than this many months of clinical radiation oncology.
What is 27 months?
A program automatically meets the board pass rate requirement if its graduates achieve at least this overall pass rate, regardless of percentile rank.
What is 80 percent?
PGY-1 residents are prohibited from participating in this activity.
