Self-management is our ability to manage our behaviors, thoughts, and emotions in a conscious and productive way.

The state of mind you are in impacts your thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

What is self-regulation?
Self-regulation: being able to stay in control over our emotions or the way we show our feelings in ways that are acceptable, safe, and that don’t hurt yourself or others.

Empathy means being able to identify with or share another person’s feelings, situation, or attitude.
When we have empathy for someone, we understand how they feel because we know what it’s like to have those same feelings.
