Up to 200 Miles/to the closest dealership.
Can we tow a rental vehicle under a regular membership?
Yes. We would just cancel the RAP call and create a member call.

Will RAP cover offroading?
Depends on the program. "Rentals" will generally cover it but "owned" will not. However we have to call and advise them before we do it.
Does Rap cover BA sales?
No they don't cover BA sales just jump starts and tows.
Will RAP cover unattended tows?
Depends on the program. Most of the "Rentals" will do unattended where as the "owned" vehicles require customer to be present.
Will we tow vehicles that have nothing wrong with them under RAP?
Yes for vehicle deliveries/ veh reunites/ tow exchanges.
Can we move the RAP calls to the rural clearing que while we wait for clearing information?
No they are to remain on the board for the shop to see and put in the necessary information.
Shop is wanting to store the vehicle overnight and take out in the morning. Will RAP cover this?
Yes RAP generally will cover this if they are advised in advance.
How much fuel do RAP customers get?
Emergency Supply to get them to the nearest gas station.
What happens if the tow destination is more than 200 miles away?
We send those back to RAP and they send out a transport service.
What happens if a call goes from a light service call to a tow?
Need to call RAP for a new call with the correct information.
If a driver clears the call in Bringg what happens to the RAP call?
The call will go into close pending status in D3.
How many calls do our shops get for Tow Exchanges?
1. We are able to put all charges under one call.
Can we call international numbers for RAP clients?
No we will have to reach out to RAP and have them call their customers.
Can the person on scene change the tow destination?
Not without clearing it through RAP first.
Can we manually input a call for RAP?
Yes if the server is down we can put through a call for RAP.
If there are no notes with clearing information where can we look for more the information needed?
In Bringg under attatchments some drivers add pictures of the vehicle information.
Does RAP cover medium duty charges?
Yes if the vehicle qualifies.
How many different RAP programs do we have?
17: Honda/Accura, Jaguar/Land Rover, Lexus, Lexus vehicle services agreements, Toyota, Hyundai/Genesis, Enterprise Rent A Car, National Rental, Alamo, Enterprise Rideshare, Enterprise Car Sales, Enterprise Fleet, Hertz, Dollar & Thrifty, Sonsio, Sprint, Toyota, Tmobile.
Will we tow Commercial vehicles through RAP?
Yes depending on the program and it falls within our GVWR.
If there is more than one service needed how many calls should the shop get?
a call for each service needed. Unlike our member calls we need to put in a call for each service to be paid out seperately.
What are all of the things we need to clear a RAP call?
Timestamps, Vin, ODO, Services provided (clearing code), Total miles ER/Tow, any additional charges, driver number.
Would we PCard a RAP call?
No we don't pcard RAP Calls.
When triaging passing calls should we code 8 RAP calls?
No we should be doing everything possible to run these calls.
