How does a guest cancel a membership? How does a guest cancel a GXT membership?
To cancel a premuim membership, the member must write a note and send it in (or to desk) then will be billed another month and $25. A GXT member ends GXT by simply writing a note,no fee.

CC on file, is the card they are charged monthly on. This is an automatic transaction. However In house acct, is that the member will be billed that on the 15th.

Silver sneakers is a program in which their insurance will cover their membership. You can either look up online from their ID number, or look up their name.
