Inform them that we are not able to help them, because we cannot service mobile/manufactured homes in the area. Andersen or another company would be options for them as well.

What are some things that could happen if we do not check property value before calling the lead or after we gather the address? 

Ex. The appt may be resulted as a No Demo or Not home. If the rep isn't able to get passed the EPP. 

Checking the property value can help guide the conversation, if it is below our minimum( $50,000 for KS & $75,000 for CBUS & OMAHA). Andersen or repairs may be a better solution. 

If a rep has to travel for the appt, it could be a waste of gas or time if we aren't a good fit.
