Nursing services under this licensure include:

1. Conducting passive range of motion exercises

2. Applying ice caps or collars

3. Applying heat, including dry heat, aquathermia, moist heat, hot compresses, sitz bath, and hot soaks

4. Performing ear and eye irrigations

5. Conducting urine dipstick test

6. Replacement of an established self-maintained indwelling urinary catheter, or performance of an intermittent urinary catheterizations

7. Performing digital stool removing therapies

8. Applying and changing dressings that do not require packing or irrigation, but are for abrasions, skin tears, and closed surgical wounds

9. Caring for casts, braces, and splints. Care for head braces, such as halos, is not permitted

10. Conducting nursing assessments, if under direct supervision of a registered nurse
