Leave it blank, VaCMS will let you move forward because they are not applying for coverage.
You need to input a renewal as a new application. Since knowing relationships is vital for eligibility, we know we can grab that information from VaCMS. What are the steps to do that?
Step 1: Copy case number
Step 2: Go to Data Collection > Case Action
Step 3: Input case number in case # field and select "View Data Collection Read Only" in the action selection field > Select Next
Step 4: Note: If the case narrative notes screen pops up, you can close it out! Under the individual information section to the left:
select the Relationship link:
You will now be able to see all relationships on the case!
