I am writing to you from Camp Thurman, where I am having a wonderful time.  I have made some awesome new friends here at camp, and we are already making plans to come back next summer!

Yesterday, we took a hike through the woods and discovered a huge snake.  I am not sure what kind it was, but it sure looked scary.  We also went to the pool and had a cannonball contest, to see who could make the biggest splash.

I can’t wait until tomorrow, when we are going to camp outside and roast marshmallows over the fire.

With love,

Dwayne
