Does your company offer PTO?
-We do not, we only pay for days worked.
-We do offer higher pay than most perm jobs so you will be able to afford some time off unpaid.
I need to make 1950 min a week do you have any jobs for me?
-We get jobs with that pay but it will all come down to how open you are on location and setting since Comp is the most important to you.
-Share jobs will high pay if not interested explain market and why it is important to be flexible or the other 2 (setting, Location) if they want high comp.

I’m a travel PTA/ COTA What licenses do you think I should get?
-I can recommend XYZ (CA, TX, NY, MA) because those are where we have seen a lot in the past or currently have needs.
-But BE HONEST, jobs are low i don't recommend getting a new license if it is going to out you in the hole. because there is not 1 state i can say you 100% will get a job.
I want guaranteed hours, why dont all your jobs offer that?
-Each job is specific to their contract terms, guaranteed hours aren't set by Jackson.
-If guaranteed hours are important to you we can only submit to jobs that offer this benefit and submit with the request to get them!
Whats the bill rate?
- We do not disclose BR but the pay is $XYZ takehome after income taxes.
Other companies are offering to handle my license, Will you do the same?
-We can help you with whatever you need but we do not have a licensing service to do it for you.

Do you give out your cell? Can i call you after hours?
-Yes, give your number be available but it is okay to SET expectations.
-I'm not normally available after 9pm, 10pm, 11pm etc Whatever you are comfortable with.

-That's fine! We can be your back up option, but i would hate for you to miss out on this opportunity without having anything concrete in place.
-Talk notice terms and travel jobs will move fast and start asap vs a perm will have a longer waiting period.
Why do you claim to have day 1 benefits if i cannot get my prescriptions day 1?
-You can and file a claim to our insurance to reimburse you.
- They is a 1 week delay to get insurance cards to process you into the system.
I need more money to accept
-When you spoke about this job i told you the pay was XYX and you agreed. What has changed?
- I can ask but they may resent the offer are you willing to take the risk?
-What will it take to get you to accept so i can let them know you would accept if offered XYZ.

Why can’t you pay me top dollar and all of the reimbursements, another company has offered higher pay and all of my reimbursements, I’d rather submit with them?

Do you offer Stipends with Overtime pay?
-No, you do receive a higher OT rate (PT,OT,SLP $50) (PTA, COTA $40)
-Explain if they were paid stipends in overtime that would be taxed on ALL stipends and would negatively impact their takehome.
I left my job to take this one and now they’ve delayed me twice. I’ve lost several thousand dollars as a result and I feel Jackson should reimburse me for that.
-I apologize that you have been delay and i understand your frustration. If it was in my power to start you tomorrow i would but unfortunately it is not.

Whats the average margin % you do per Deal? My last company told me they do 10% for each deal to maximize my money.
-We don't have a specific percentage we keep each deal we base it on each case.
-being that we are a larger company we have more overhead so we are able to offer better benefits to our employees
