What is DESTRUCTIVE Criticsm?
Destructive (or aggressive) criticism is about who a person is. Destructive criticism is not really looking for change but is attempting to hurt someone or start a fight.
Why is it important to "check in" with the other person who is criticizing you? (hint: clarity can rid confusion).
Checking in with the other person can help YOU understand his/her point of view, getting rid of any misunderstandings.
