It is when the debts are reduced to a lower amount that the client can pay off, the client pays a monthly payment and the settlement company works on one account at a time. Does not start settling a debt until there is enough funds in the clients account.

Always refer to our main services - what are we doing for the client? We are providing you with dispute services for invalid and illegal debts, representing you if you are in a lawsuit or get sued on an Enrolled Account, and assisting you with claims against a creditor or debt collector who is violating the laws.

When all the debts are combined into one that the client pays off; must qualify with high credit score- taking out one loan to pay off another loan.
If a client asked you: 'How long does this process usually take?
Bureaus have a certain amount of time they can take to respond to our requests, which we cannot control. We typically have a better sense of validity or invalidity of your accounts within 20-24 months.
What do you do if a client received a garnishment and was unaware this was going to happen?
Attempt to connect the call to the assigned File Manager. Follow the proper protocol. After confirming the account details with the client, immediately inform them to send the legal document to ResPro. Inform the client that this will be escalated and the legal team will follow up.

I’m so sorry to hear that, but, as our legal services agreement explained, we are a law firm, not a credit repair company and our services do not include any credit repair or credit score services. I, unfortunately, cannot provide you with advice related to that matter.
