Some people may try to deal with their use by attempting to use less, or change to another substance. If that doesn't work, perhaps consider this older and basic option.
Abstinence/Sobriety
This categorizes and includes all the most important things in our lives. When we look at these people and qualities, we may get sentimental over them.
Values
These states of mind are ever changing, but can make us feel high, low, and everythingMoods in between. They may be temporary but can make or break our day if were not careful.
Moods
Something just about everyone needs when overcoming a challenge. Things get difficult on our own, everyone needs this.
Support
every choice we make can mean facing these. Addiction at times mean we ignore these repeatedly.
Consequences
It may be wise to see our doctor and consider this when our addiction and cravings become overwhelming.

It's not about perfection, we all have up's and downs, but what matters is that we keep moving forward and making this.
