Soon after admission, each client begins to work with a Continuing Care Case Manager to develop specific “next step” plans after completing treatment. These aftercare plans ensure clients continue to make progress and stay sober after leaving Mountainside. We also have an Alumni program that follows up with clients, provides them with guidance and support post-discharge, and plans a series of exciting alumni events and gatherings.
