So our main client here is Verizon Fios. We handle the customer service, sales and management for them. Our clients give us our customers who already have our services, maybe recently disconnected or built a shopping cart online. So if they recently disconnected we try to figure out why they may have left us. If they built a shopping cart we close that sale for them. Does that make sense?
