PNM is having trouble deciding what to wear to preference. They do not feel comfortable wearing a dress, but fear they will be judged for wearing pants. They're scared that they aren't "girly" enough to join a sorority.
Encourage them to wear what makes them comfortable! Our chapters are not judgemental and the right chapter for them will not make them feel out of place. Mention how there is not any one type of sorority member.
PNM comes to you and says they know your chapter, then they name the chapter. What do you do?
Deny and poker face. If they persist bring them to Maddie.

That is a question for them to figure out! Don't even say that you have a chapter in mind- and DO NOT tell them. Redirect and ask guiding questions about where they see themselves- are there any philanthropies you connect with, did you have any conversations that stood out, etc

What is the MRABA
The MRABA is a binding agreement- if you sign it and receive a bid you cannot go through recruitment until next fall. If you don't receive a bod, you are eligible for a snap bid or to do COB.
PNM comes to a Rho Gamma saying they made a mistake on the MRABA- how can they fix it?

All of our chapters partner with fraternities for philanthropy events! The PNM should not be making their choice based on partying/frats. Redirect, and if they persist bring them to me, Camie, or Jo.

Try to work around it with the coach. Explain that missing a round will impact your ability to go through formal recruitment
This chapter told me I was basically already in, and that I'll definitely receive a bid!
Ask them which chapter and bring them to me, camie, or jo. This is bid promising and not allowed! Let the PNM know that they are not in trouble, but chapters should not be saying these things to them and it does not guarantee a bid

No! If anything happens where you do feel uncomfortable, you will not be penalized for reporting it. Let them know that you are a resource, their RA, FSL, Panhel, etc.

First make sure they're safe in that very moment, let the PNM know you cannot be a confidential resource. Then contact Mister or Jasmine.
