What is bid promising and why is it against the rules?
Bid promising is implying that the PNM will receive a bid or asking her to join our chapter. This should not even be brought up on preference night even though everyone attending will receive a bid. This is against the rules so that the PNM doesn't get her hopes up or count out any chapters
