The major is the recruiter that spends most of the round talking to the pnm. They are second in the bump rotation and lead the pnm out at the conclusion of the round.

A golden nugget is something unique that a person is very passionate about. It is important in recruitment because once we know what a PNM is interested in, we can pair them up with a recruiter that has similar interests.

PNMs read nonverbal signals, and negative expressions (like boredom, distraction, or judgment) can make them feel unwelcome. Positive, engaged expressions help build a more inviting atmosphere.
