The name of every woman that attends a preference party will appear on this in some way. Chapters create this after Preference, ranking girls in order.
Bid list
This is how a PNM will rank after Sisterhood, assuming she got 4 houses back.
She will rank her top 2 under "Selected" to the right and rank her 3rd and 4th chapter in the #1 and #2 spot under "Rank" on the right.
The number each sorority may pledge during formal recruitment.
Quota
This is when a PNM chooses to not maximize her options and only rank one house at the end of Preference. This is the only way to not receive a bid after Preference.
Intentional Single Preference (ISP)
This is Alpha Chi's Motto.

The state or condition being equal, especially regarding status or pay; setting a total number somewhere in the middle of all the chapter sizes would allow smaller chapters to continue to invite members until they were at total.
Parity
This is how a PNM will rank after Preference, assuming she gets 2 houses back.
She will rank her top two in the #1 and #2 spot under "Rank" on the right.
This is the allowable chapter size, as determined by Pan and includes both newly pledged members and initiated members
Total
These 3 types of PNM's are able to Snap Bid.
Those who withdrew from recruitment, any PNM who was released from recruitment, and PNMs who have ISP and therefore weren’t eligible for Quota Additions
