Technical Standard Order
After failing the written, oral or practical test, the applicant may apply for retesting by doing either of these things.
After 30 days or with a written statement from a certificate holder showing additional instructions.
This is issued with no expiration date and remains valid as long as all maintenance and ADs are complied with. Must be legible to crew and passengers.
