THE HESTER DAVIS SCALE 

- Patient will fall into a Low , Moderate , or High fall risk category with corresponding interventions , including yellow armband , yellow socks , fall risk signage posted , and a white light outside of patient door .

-Bed/chair alarms should be utilized for moderate and high fall risk patients . Patient at risk should never be left alone in the restroom .
