An RA calls because a student is reporting having bed bugs in their room at 2:14pm on a Tuesday. The student reports that they need an emergency room change because they don’t want to live in a room with bed bugs.

An RA comes to their bi-weekly one on one with you and tell you that one day last week, one of their residents told you that they had thought about harming themselves but the RA said they handled it and got them connected to counseling. During a noise violation, RAs in Walker encountered a room with 4 people drinking alcohol and playing loud music. While there, the RA looked up the names of the students in the space according to StarRez and added them to the report later that night. Photos of the alcohol were added as well as details about pouring it out.
