How have your views of research in HRD changed throughout this course?
My views of research in HRD have mostly changed in that I thought there were a few people on the forefront of HRD Research- this is not the case. Every scholar is at the forefront of HRD Research because each new article adds an important piece to the puzzle.

Participating in the GSQ challenged me the most because I was surrounded by doctoral students who were much more well-versed in research than I was. This allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and learn from my errors in the questions that I asked.

I am most proud of the connections I made during this trip. Not only did I meet scholars, but I met practitioners in my field of instructional design who taught me things I couldn't have learned anywhere else.
