To look at the website / article and decide if it is trustworthy. Look for the author, the type of website, the date, if there are ads, the "about us" page, etc

It means that they are an expert or have used and referenced expert sources. They are trustworthy because they have a degree or level of expertise (for example, a medical doctor might write an article about a medical condition)
What does it mean to paraphrase ideas?
Paraphrasing is when a writer rephrases every point an author makes in his or her OWN words

What is the difference between an in-text citation and a works cited page
An in-text citation includes the author's last name or article title in parentheses (like this). It goes directly after a quote in your written response/ essay.
A works cited page is the page at the end of an essay that includes the information for all books, articles, websites, films, etc. that you referenced in your paper.
