Answer: Library resources, a copy of each textbook used by the academic program, and reasonable access to a computer with internet access to facilitate homework and study.

Answer: It must contain a mission/vision statement, discipline policy, parent/student rights and responsibilities, confidentiality, sexual harassment policy, violence/bullying policy, homeliving policies and procedures, services available, personnel and position listing, emergency procedures and contact numbers, bank procedures, transportation policy, check-out procedures, dress code, drug/alcohol policy, computer usage policy, medication administration policy and procedure, and isolation/separation policy.

Answer: Yes, all students must be physically accounted for four times daily, with each count at least two hours apart. At night, all student rooms should be physically checked at least once every hour.

Answer: Students must be supervised as frequently and as closely as the circumstances and protocols require, with no student left unsupervised until factors such as the student's health and safety are considered.
