Being able to talk to friends or family members when difficult things happen in life is important. They can help us get back up again.

Because we miss out on getting to know people when we assume things about them based on how they look or knowing only a little bit of information about them

When something challenging happens in life you know that it doesn't mean you are bad or stupid but you believe in yourself to get back up again

Even though it feels good to be important, it is more important that we are nice and show kindness to others - if we want people to be there for us we need to be nice to them

Bouncing back! When something difficult in life happens we get back up and don't let it keep us down

We learned about sorting our emotions into 4 color zones this week (Blue, Green, Yellow and Red) tell me example emotions in each color zone - 100 points per correct color

Blue - low energy, tired, sick, bored 

Green - happy, okay, ready to learn
Yellow - hyper, silly, frustrated, annoyed
Red - out of control, angry, furious, terrified
