You go into Schoology- ESL resource- materials -and chose the period you are in.
If you are in the building and need to go to your team room or the nurse what do ask for?
You ask your teacher for a pass.
Why should you be present during resource?
It is important to be present, otherwise you will be marked absent.
Can you use YouTube during resource?
Only for academic purposes
Should we use inappropriate language?
No, we should be respectful and kind to others.
If you need help with an assignment or project what can you ask your teacher?
"Can you place me in a breakout room with you?"
Why should you practice English?
It helps increase your vocabulary and make you a better reader.
Should you use your cell phone to join Zoom?
Try using the Wifi- hotspot that is connected to your Ipad to save data.
When is video required?
Please turn videos on during attendance the first 10 minutes of class, the last 5 minutes of class, and when working with a teacher.
Why should students participate in resource?
Teachers like to know what students will be working on and if they need help.
What is grade check?
Students log into Infinite Campus and going over their grades and/or missing assignments with teacher.
Should you have your cell phone near you or the ringer on?
No, please have your cell phone on mute, so it's not a distraction.
If you have a question what should you do?
Use the feature on zoom to raise your hand or ask your question using the chat.
I have no homework what should I do?
