The new post order survey is released to 50% of users. The other 50% will still receive the old survey that doesn’t have the “contact me about this feedback” question. Ramping to 100% has been delayed due to a reporting issue so you will continue to see both versions of the survey for a while. The guidelines remain the same. If the “contact me about this feedback” question is not present, use the comments to determine if you should reply.
