My coworker tells me that if I report their medication error, they will make life difficult for me.

My coworker leaves notes in the Daily Log in all caps, reminding me to do tasks they think I have forgotten.

I walk into two colleagues talking about another worker, so I suggest we should talk about something else.

I overhear my coworker telling a family member that it is my fault their individual missed their bus in the morning.
What is gossip, or undermining, or incivility?
If I let my coworker know that I need a short break to calm down after a stressful event, I know they will understand.
What is compassion, or civility?
I have heard my coworker mimicking the way I pronounce certain words.
What is racial or cultural harassment, or ableism, or discrimination? Or - what is incivility?
I am working with a new casual employee, so I tell them to let me know if they need any help at all.

My coworker knocked over my morning coffee by accident, but then only said 'whoops' then walked away.
