What to do if your missionaries request to reschedule an appointment:

-reschedule them to one of the open times from your available appointment times that week OR add an additional open time for that session if your availability allows

-If your availabilities don't align, reach out to your team to see if anyone else is able to meet with them

Process once time off is approved:

-reach out to other mentors (use sub channel, general acuity, or other team members) to find subs. If you still need help reach out to our area's time off assistant (sunny linton)

-submit sub form to sunny linton to move missionaries

-let missionaries know they will have a sub

-submit the log "sub plans" no later than 48hrs before your time off begins

  • Prep and reporting time

  • Mandatory Weekly Training Meeting

  • 1x1 and observation hour with Mentor Trainer

  • Appointments with missionaries

  • At least one hour of development time, including a description of how you use that hour

  • Blocked off times indicating how you use your time outside of sessions

  • Any spot in your “white space” that is not taken by a mentoring session could be taken by an emergency subbing session, unless it is specifically blocked off as “Unavailable”
