HRs of any organization are the employees, and employees are the company's main assets.

Because the employees create a unique value which is then delivered to customers, if that value is of high quality, then your customers will be satisfied, you will get profit and eventually, you will become sustainable and competitive.

Employee performance is the actions of workers that influence a company’s effectiveness. Simply saying, employee performance is about how the workers do their job.

Is when employees do extra work, for example, volunteering or staying late at work. High organizational citizenship behaviour results in a higher level of employee performance.
