How often should Special Events be reviewed on calls?
Every call! Special events within the 90 days should have a full review, outside of 90 days should be reviewed if picking up. Special events rolling into 53rd week should also be fully reviewed
What pickup should be reviewed on the call?
Monthly pickup for 90 days, 7 day v. Pickup outside of 90 days.
