Responsibilities of a Support recruiter during this event are:

  1. Document and enter client feedback on candidates into Sutro.  Each interview should have an entry from a candidate and the hiring manager on the client’s side.  It is the responsibility of Support to make sure this happens – and to push the Lead, if (s)he has not done so, to gather the support from the candidate if the relationship is with him/her.
  2. Send post-event communications and off-cycle communications.
