Some candidates perceive EverLine as a seasonal business that is best launched in the spring. There are opportunities throughout the year in order to build relationships and generate new opportunities as the buying cycle varies in our depth of services that we offer. In addition, some of our interior services through the EverFloor Durable Systems brand division can provide opportunities to build relationships that will generate more work in the spring. The “down time” in any EverLine business is best suited as a time to network, spread the word and build new relationships so that the franchisee has the best understanding of who is who in the local markets. Lastly, our franchisees find that a little bit of seasonality is helpful to recharge their batteries, spend time with friends and family during the holidays, analyze the prior year’s operations and thoughtfully plan for the upcoming year. Our business has been highly successful in Canada where seasonality is a big factor, conditions should only improve as the brand moves south into the US, which creates more revenue opportunity for US Franchisees.

I want to sell and market but I don’t want to do any of the installation.. is this still a good fit for me?
Ok, we can do that. Hire a technician or sub-contract the work. To be honest, we are not a fan of the subcontractor approach as a long-term business model. The customer experience is not the same as someone from your team and the costs are far greater than a W2 employee. In this case, we strongly believe that it’s best to hire your first employee and let us help them get up to speed as you are doing the parts that are natural and exciting to you.
