During the previous payroll step, why does Gusto have a determined amount that an admin should be entering for their Social Security and Medicare tax and why is it important that these numbers match.
SS and Medicare (FICA) are a universal and set tax rate. We need these to match to ensure 1) the previous payroll provider was calculating and paying taxes on their behalf correctly 2) so that we can continue to calculate and remit moving forward
All Gusto plans include unlimited payroll runs every month. While this is also true with Contractor Only, Gusto will default this plan to a maximum number of [HOW MANY] monthly payrolls before an admin would need to call in and have it updated?
