Supervisor of EE should call/text the week before the EE should be returning to work.
When is a Medical or Religious Accommodation needed?
When the employee is unable to perform the essential functions of their job due to medical or religious reasons.
Who and When does an employee report an absence?
Employee must reach out to supervisor before the start of shift. Policy states that phone call is best, however text and email will also work. 5 attendance points if after shift starts may be applied. Must daily report for intermittent leaves.
