A Look Behind the Scenes

A popular nickname for a football is a pigskin. Many football fans think the reason for this is that a football is made from the skin of a pig. This is not true. Footballs used to be made out of animal bladders. This was long ago when the game was just getting started. The animal bladders were mostly round. This made the footballs more like soccer balls. It was a very disgusting job to fill them with air.

So what can you do to help you sleep? One thing is to set up a sleep schedule. Try to get to bed at the same time each night. Getting the right number of hours for your body is also important.
