Term: The tenure for Chapter Offices shall be one academic year, from July 1st to June 30th of the following year.
Rights & Quorum: Each National Officer shall be afforded one vote. Each Chapter Delegation shall be afforded one vote (1 vote per Chapter). The National Founder shall be afforded one vote. Two Thirds (2/3) of the Board Members shall comprise a quorum to transact all business before the board at a regular, special, or emergency meeting, and only those present may vote. The National President may cast a vote only to break a tie.
