When, where, and how can you smoke while out working for Clean Start?
Smoke on your designated break time. Remove your vest. If you are pushing a barrel/cart park it and step away from it.

Employee Assistance Program-a free and confidential service providing counseling and resource referral for all CCC employees.
What is the policy about listening to music while working a shift?
No Bluetooth speakers allowed. Earbuds are allowed, but only one at a time.
Make sure your music doesn't interfere with your ability to maintain safety or communicate with your crew.

Use PPE; Take breaks; Make sure to eat & drink water; Breating/other techniques to relax/stay calm

Keep a wide base of support with your feet; maintain good posture; squat (use your legs); don't lift far out in front of you
What is CCC's EAC? What happens there?
Employment Access Center- They can help you build your resume, computer literacy skills, practice job interviews, work on your GED, look and apply for jobs, and refer you to other resources for professional clothing, help getting your ODL, and more.
When should you report to your supervisor that you have a court date coming up and have to provide a UA on random days as part of your parole?
ASAP - don't wait for the day of a conflict if you know about it ahead of time!
What is self care? (give a definition or an example)
Self-care is any activity we actively choose to do to take care of our physical, mental and emotional well-being. (Examples- stress management, work life balance, proper sleep, hygiene, exercise, healthy habits)
