DOUBLE JEOPARDY!!
List an artifact that an archaeologist has found in either Mohenjo-Daro or Harappa AND explain what it tells us about the people of the IRV.
What is either:
Stamp seal- This tells us that people traded to foreign places because the seals have been found in places like Mesopotamia.
Beaded jewelry- This tells us that women wore jewelry, which were made of precious stones, which are natural resources to the IRV.
Statue of a man- This tells us how men may have looked or dressed in ancient times. They may have had short beards, hair tied back, and patterned robes.
Great Bath- This building explains to us that people may have used it for religious rituals or for hygienic purposes. They may have used it regularly because archaeologists found dressing rooms nearby. There is also a 6-foot drain in the center of the pool, which shows that they valued clean water.
