  3. Send the LJGD letter from the AC screen [Ctrl + F2] and select JG0019 as the judgmental decline reason code. Refer to System Decision Override (ACQ): DPL Procedure.
  4. End.
  5. Note: If they cannot receive a live check, we cannot move forward with the loan

  1. Tell applicant there may be two inquiries on CBR(s), we will convert one to a soft inquiry (can take up to 40 days). 
  2. Go to step 4 of Prefill Form/Application (ACQ): DPL Procedure.
  3. Confirm & save Disbursements > Submit Manual/Autopay for Simility to run on the new application. 
  4. Contact Expert Chat for manual CBR repull, if applicable
  5. Review APR on both applications to ensure we are honoring original APR. If there is an additional hard inquiry and/or APR increase, contact Expert Chat to complete next steps.

These are the documents that required when PA needs to prove cashflow when being a Sole Ownership/Proprietorship 

DDAsk for last three months bank statement from applicant's Business account, personal account, AND one of the following listed below to verify Sole Ownership/Proprietorship: 

Providing schedule c for most recent tax year with statement, 

Outbound Call to Bank:

  • Google general customer service phone number for bank.
  • Identify your first name (last name optional).
  • Advise that you are calling from Discover Bank.
  • Advise that call may be monitored and recorded. Refer to Call Recording Disclosure (ALL): Talking Points.
  • Advise that you have [Applicant's Name] on line and need to verify information on their Business Account.

    • Does [Applicant's Name] have a business account with [Financial Institution]?
    • Are they sole owner of Sole proprietor business?
    • Is account in good standing?

Ask for Official Letter from Bank that Includes the Following:

  • Bank name, applicant name, and business name
  • Dated within last 15 days
  • Confirming current business ownership
  • Confirming account in good standing
  • Confirming sole owner of Sole proprietor business

I am what you do if the application has NO Pending Cash Flow Verification RR with Pending Bank Account Verification

  1. Last 3 months of bank statements dated within 30, 60, 90 days of the application date that include applicant's first and last name, home address, bank account number and bank name that matches application information including the disbursement bank account. Refer to Document Verification (ACQ): DPL Procedure.
  2. Advise the applicant bank statement(s) must come from their personal bank account and bank statement(s) from a Business, Trust, or Investment account are not accepted. 

Note: Quarterly and monthly statements are acceptable.  The bank statement(s) are not required to match the disbursement information if we have removed all ACH disbursements.
