We can tell the pt that we need to allow the clinic some time to be able to respond to their message, but if they hadn't heard anything by this time tomorrow then they can call back and we can check on it then for them.
Who is the one provider we can't schedule Dox appts for?

Can we schedule a Bone dexa without the order?
Yes IF the pt has a paper copy of it and we have to remind them to bring it into the appt with them or else they won't be seen
What should we do if a pt calls in and is experiencing symptoms on the urgent call guidelines but there is no answer when we call?
We would send a message in as High Priority to the appropriate pool and notate in the message that we tried to call in but no answer.

The response time is 4 hrs but it is put to the top of the list so they should receive a call back very quickly

We can send a message in to Dr. Beg and Melissa Guitierrez to request it for them, but we shouldn't guarantee it will be approved
