How many 12oz containers of beer/seltzer can you bring to a party
6 pack
In what situations should you call in and in what situations should you call out
Call In - one on one conversation, didn't seem like it was intended for harm, when the person is open to learning, not in group setting
Call Out - already been called in before and didn't work, said loudly in group setting, seems like they mean it with malicious intent
When does recruitment registration close

When can you mark a PM in red
When the party starts
Why do we not accept letters of recommendation/have a legacy policy?
When Panhellenic sororities were originally created they were only open to a small group of women (rich, white, elite, straight, etc.) If we continued to accept letters of recommendation/legacies we would be perpetuating a system of white supremacy and not demonstrating that those are no longer the values our organization and community as a whole stands for.
What does Chi Omega's process look like? When is their bid day? What happens after they withdraw from primary recruitment?
1. Part of Open House, will give information during their round and then withdraw from primary recruitment
2. If you drop out of Primary recruitment or decide you want to be a part of building the chapter you can continue with Chi Omegas process
3. They will have one-on-one meet ups w girls
4. There will be an invitational round
5. Bid Day on October 25th!

If a PM lets you know of a conduct rule that a chapter broke what do you do first
Make sure she is okay!
You overhear your PM saying to another PM in your group that they shouldn't be going through recruitment because they use "they/them" pronouns and nobody wants them in their chapter. What do you say in this situation? Give detailed example of how your conversation/intervention looks like.
1. Check in on hurt PM in your group and make it clear to your entire group that all are welcome and that kind of rhetoric is not welcome in the panhellenic community.
2. Reiterate that panhellenic recruitment is open to ALL non-male identifying individuals
3. Check in one-on-one with both PMs (appropriate conversations with each)
4. Continue to monitor situation, remind PMs of code of conduct when needed and report to CPC if escalated
What are the councils available with FSL at UCSB? What are each's about?

USFC - culturally based sororities/fraternities --> we have asian interest + latina/o interest + a new armenian interest sorority (14 chapters)
CPC - panhellenic (10 chapters including phi rho and chi o)
